Help us save Melabev
Dear Melabev Friends,
Facing the Coronavirus crisis, we at Melabev feel its immediate impact and consequences.
With the Melabev day centers closed, following the government's health care regulations, we do not receive any income. The Corona situation is causing an enormous financial constraint that poses a serious threat to Melabev's continued activities for the elderly throughout the emergency and after returning to our regular activities.
Our hearts are with the elderly and their families. Without the daily routine in the day centers, the abrupt change from therapeutic activities at the centers to solitude at home is extremely distressing for them and their families.
Throughout these challenging times, we continue to maintain contact with our clients and their families on a daily basis. With the help of volunteers and Melabev's remaining staff, we keep in touch by phone and have set up home activities.
Today we reach out to you, our faithful friends and generous donors, to help Melabev survive this crisis! We turn to you personally as well as asking you to reach out to your friends and others who might be able to help us continue our rich tradition since 1981 – caring for the elderly.
Any amount you may be able to give will be greatly appreciated.
All donations are tax-deductible in Israel, U.S., and UK currencies.
With heartfelt appreciation,
