The Givat Massua day center has four groups at different levels of cognition. Anyone
who has undergone a geriatric evaluation describing any level of cognitive decline is
accepted.
Day center staff includes therapists, teachers, social workers, occupational
therapists, and nurses.
We arrange door-to-door round-trip transportation.
Participants receive two nutritious meals daily – breakfast and lunch.
Activities:
An array of high-quality activities include music therapy, Israeli songs alongside
popular songs from around the world, dancing, exercise, art, current affairs,
conversation, memory activities, mind-stimulating games, and Savion; a specially
designed computer program with mind-challenging activities created in collaboration
with Melabev.
Some activities are in groups, others individual, according to our participant’s needs,
and all with loving and respectful attention.
